I used Frank Plesa as my real estate agent just a couple of years ago. He came highly recommended through one of my family members.
The house that I was selling had been my home for the last twenty years. I had moved into that house after my divorce. Both my children lived with me and eventually, flew the coop, so to speak. Thus, I became an empty nester. I gained my independence in that house and had endured a lot of self discovery. Needless to say, I had an emotional attachment to the house. Frank was able to offer some great tips on home staging which led to my property selling quickly and very close to the full asking price.
